It is our aim at PRBC to ensure that every child, young person and adult will have the opportunity to reach their full potential in a warm, caring, safe and challenging environment where each individual feel valued and has an opportunity to encounter God. We are committed to following the Home Office Code of Practice “Safe From Harm” and has based its guidelines on those published by the Baptist Union of Great Britain in its publication “Safe to Grow”. We recognise and acknowledges that all members, deacons, leaders and workers have responsibility for child protection. This policy applies to all workers, leaders, deacons, children and young people.
